Match Format+
Matches are played 7-a-side.
Squads are a maximum of 10 players.
A team may play with as few as 5 players.
One of those 5 must be centre.
- 2 equal quarters of 10 minutes each
- 20 minutes of play in total
- 2-minute rest period between quarters
- Captains toss for choice to start with the centre pass
Substitutions can only be made when a player is injured or at half time.
Umpires must be notified before a substitution takes place.
The offensive centre cannot be substituted immediately after a goal.
Tactical changes may only be requested by a player on court, not the coach or bench.
A tactical change only happens after a goal has been scored.
The change must happen within 30 seconds.
The opposing team may also make a tactical change in that window.
Scoring & Points System+
Only the Goal Shooter and Goal Attack may shoot.
Shots may only be taken from within the shooting third.
Each successful shot counts 1 point.
Match points are awarded as follows:
- Win: 3 points
- Draw: 1 point
- Loss: 0 points
Standings are ranked by total points.
Goal difference is used as the tiebreaker.
Bonus Points+
Any team that scores more than 20 goals (21 or more) in a match receives 1 bonus point for that match.
Bonus points do not apply to forfeited matches.
Forfeit Policy+
If a team arrives within 3 minutes of the scheduled start, the match continues.
The opposing team is considered to have started on time.
Any goals scored before the late team arrives count toward the opposing team's score.
This is not a forfeit.
If a team arrives more than 3 minutes late, they forfeit the match.
- The winning (non-forfeiting) team receives 3 points.
- The forfeiting team receives 0 points.
- No bonus points are awarded to either team for a forfeited match.
- Goals scored in the first 3 minutes are not counted toward goal average, since the game was forfeited.
- A late team forfeits a goal for every minute they have not yet arrived.
Code of Conduct+
The umpire's decision is final.
Players must respect all decisions given by umpires.
If there is an issue concerning umpiring, only the team manager or coach may approach the technical table official.
This must be done immediately so it can be resolved in time.

Transgressions:
- Playing an unverified (unregistered) player forfeits the points for that game.
